I know that a lot of us have been hoping for a big signing like Nnamdi or Sidney Rice while keeping our main guys like Josh Wilson.

Unfortunately, it looks like Rice is heading off to Seattle (5 year $41M - link) and Josh Wilson is headed off to Washington (3 year $13.5M - link). While we are still technically in the race for Nnamdi, most news sources are saying that we are out of his price range. 

Our main needs currently are seen as a pass rusher, CB and WR and a nice FB to help our run game along. I think most of us would agree that the current slate of pass rushers out in free agency are more situational rushers and not suited to our system all that well for what they would command. The biggest bet seems to be on CB and WR where we could use a solid guy to help bring up our young guys and start during this season, basically just an upgrade on our current players. There are a few players out there still that could fit this bill, Cromartie, J. Joseph, Carlos Rogers, Malcom Floyd, Braylon Edwards and maybe even some long shots in a trade for Steve Smith or Plaxico Burress.

Given that Ozzie and company have stated a few times that "we will be happy when the dust settles" while remaining relatively quiet so far aside from the signing of Yanda to a long term deal and cutting several veterans, it seems like we are cooking up something big somewhere. But the fact that a lot of high profile names are going off the market rather quickly, what big name free agent are we going after? Or are we just content with resigning our own guys and making some cap room?
