The Baltimore Ravens have announced that Head Coach John Harbaugh has just signed a new contract to remain with the team. Terms of the deal have not yet been announced. Harbaugh has a 36-19 record in three seasons with the Ravens.

This is great news for the team, who have made the post season in each of Harbaugh's three years. Consistency breeds a winner and with a renewed focus on the offensive side of the ball, Harbaugh and the Ravens have every reason to continue to be a Super Bowl contender in 2011 and beyond (if there is a 2011 season!).
