Bart Scott: Ravens & Redskins "Fighting Over Strippers"
Former Baltimore Ravens annd current New York Jets LB Bart Scott has never been at a loss for words, much less never afraid to say whatever is on his mind. When recently interviewed, he downplayed the questioned rivalry between his Jets and the New York Giants saying in comparison:
"...when I was in Baltimore I could remember with the Redskins you had guys fighting over strippers and all kind of stuff. I don’t sense that here. I think it is a mutual respect. I think the town is big enough for both of us..."
The interviewer was not about to let that comment go without a better explanation from Bart:
"When you are in a small place like Baltimore and the temperature is relatively cold – hey you compete over the same chicks. That’s a football players favorite spot..."
The entire transcript was posted at Sports Radio Interviews where Scott actually answered some true football-related questions, but certainly nothing that grabs your attention any more than classic Bart Scott quotes like these.

Now he can be on a team that fights over their weak ass qb and missing the playoffs…
Enjoy, bart!

Bart Scott
Should pipe it down and focus on his A and B-gap responsibilties. What a joke this declining player has become.
Agree with this.
Just running his mouth because he is upset he couldn’t be a part of last Sunday night. Jameel > Bart right now. The guy gets manhandled by every TE he goes up against.
Go back and watch their first game against NE, holy shit did Gronkowski punk him time after time.
Flacco has to trust his receivers to make catches, but shouldn’t throw towards coverage. He needs to attack deep more often, but shouldn’t hold onto the ball so long. He needs to show more awareness in the pocket and move to extend plays, but nothing good comes of him leaving the pocket. He should run with the ball if nobody’s open, but he definitely can’t run with the ball.
Flacco should have the awareness of Roethlisberger, the elusiveness of Vick, the control of the offense of Manning, the leadership of Brady, the accuracy of Brees, and the arm strength of … Flacco? - Ampallang
He is no longer
a Pro Bowl LB, not even the best LB on his team.

That’s what happens to any linebacker that leaves the ravens, they disappear. Bart Scott is a damn joke

Gotta admit, as much as we may not miss or even like him,
he was pretty popular while a Raven and for an undrafted rookie, got paid big time. Remember, lots of people wanted the Ravens to re-sign him over Ray back then, which obviously would have been a huge mistake.
Ozzie still knows best.
