According to Bodog.com, the Baltimore Ravens are the fifth best choice to win Super Bowl XLVI. At 12-1 odds, the Ravens only trail co-favorites, the Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots, both listed at 9-2 odds to win it all. Next comes the New Orleans Saints at 9-1, followed by the San Diego Chargers at 11-1. Joining the Ravens at 12-1 odds are the Houston Texans, just ahead of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Last week, Baltimore was 14-1 odds to win the Super Bowl, but their 37-7 beatdown of the St. Louis Rams slightly improved their chances. While the Saints also improved from 12-1 down to 9-1 odds, the biggest drop was for the Philadelphia Eagles, who went from 8-1 odds all the way down to 14-1 based on their loss to the New York Giants last week.
Bodog offers a ton of different bets, not just basic Super Bowl winning odds, but also a variety of proposition bets such as how many interceptions Pats QB Tom Brady will throw in the 2011 season (over/under 14.5) to how many times will Indianapolis Colts QB Peyton Manning be shown on TV during the Monday Night Football game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (over/under 4).
