Pro Athlete/Media Member - Real Time Twitter Battle
We all remember roethlis' sexcapades, harrison's admitted attempt to injure people, ward's accusations that police were dishonest in arresting him for DUI, mendenhall's admission that he is a member of the Taliban, and polamalu's unsportsmanlike conduct in the Week 1 35-7 drubbing in Baltimore. I could go on but at this moment, a certain pitt player with average skills and doggy doo for brains is battling it out right now on Twitter with a member of the media. This is unheard of as most players don't care enough to repeatedly respond to criticisms leveled at them from people who haven't achieved the same level of success in sport.
In this case, we're fortunate that Ryan Clark has decided to put his swollen medulla oblongata on display for the entire world to see. Mark Madden, a pitt radio host is taking Clark to task over his choice of words and behavior on air. If you had any doubts about his talent on the field you can now reasonably infer that it's directly labeled to his lack of quality brain cells. I don't know what he thinks he's going to accomplish but I'm tickled pink that ANOTHER black & yellow goofball is embarrassing himself and his team. What kind of football team is this?

The opinions posted here are those of the administrator of this blog and his loyal readers. They are in no way official comments from the team, and should not be misconstued as such, even though he thinks he could do just as well or even a better job!

I went on Twitter
and looked at their jabs back and forth. Madden is no saint but why in the world would Clark get into it with him? Wow, thank god for our Ravens!

Clark is a jerk. He has absolutely no class and is a mediocre player that seems happy with that fact.

Reco’d
Flacco has to trust his receivers to make catches, but shouldn’t throw towards coverage. He needs to attack deep more often, but shouldn’t hold onto the ball so long. He needs to show more awareness in the pocket and move to extend plays, but nothing good comes of him leaving the pocket. He should run with the ball if nobody’s open, but he definitely can’t run with the ball.
Flacco should have the awareness of Roethlisberger, the elusiveness of Vick, the control of the offense of Manning, the leadership of Brady, the accuracy of Brees, and the arm strength of … Flacco? - Ampallang
That’s why it’s green.

Well, considering one of the parties of the whole “Twitter Battle”, Mark Madden, it’s definitely making his radio station dollars, so it must be making cents. Well to him atleast…
