Should be a good game
Wish the Texans (Andre, Mario) were healthy

Believe it or not, so do we (for the most part). We want teams at their best when we beat him. Although even with AJ and Mario, we’d still have a distinct advantage. Between you guys coming off of a physical game in Pittsburgh, and us having an extra week of rest and game-planning, I’d say we have a leg up on you. Not to mention it being in Baltimore. But like you said, it should be a good game…

They played Oakland last week.

Oh duh, my bad. With the Ravens bye week, it was like the black hole of football for me.

Agree
Schaub threw for over 400 yards without Johnson last week and was one bad decision away from being the hero and winning the game. They won’t be able to run, so expect him to air it out 50+ times if not more.

So Ed will have three picks? Or four

He can't throw 50+
If we keep forcing turnovers.
This could be a close game if we don’t take it seriously, but I say we win by double digits

I agree. Schaub’s confidence must be shot. He sat out of practice yesterday with a hurt ego shoulder. We can stop Arian since we don’t have to worry about Andre. Ravens win by 10+.

Foster
He will get yardage, if not toteing the ball then catching it. It would be a mistake to think your D will instantly shut down the running game. Which has been very strong this year.

Schaub has a tendency to throw a lot of batted balls. Is he that short? He loves his TE out of the backfield and the TE moves a lot. Actually, their O reminds me of ours minus the 49. They mix it up pretty good but never really establish one relationship. It’s a mixed bag without rhyme or reason. They use the TE more than i would expect with Foster and that star receiver. Foster is fast for a big man. He won’t be collapsing under Ngata arm tackles. Our Lb’s better be ready for a Brandon Jacobs with speed. Our small DB’s are going to jam their necks trying to stop Foster in the secondary. Enter Pollard. He’s the X factor in this game. Look for Shaub to attack our right side D with TE passes. They have plays that call for risky across the body/field throws. If timed right we should have a few pick 6’s.
Shaub
is 6-5 the Raiders D line was just playing phenomenally well, Texans have 3 TE that are all very dangerous weapons. As for Pollard, the Texans know exactly what his weakness is. Coverage, and he will be exploited by the TE’s and RB’s(Maybe even Derrek Mason). Last year Pollard gave up more TD’s then any other Safety in red zone coverage.

Pollard doesn’t start for us. So far we’ve been mainly using him as a situational pass rusher / run blitzer.
