ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Jim Harbaugh will be leaving Stanford University to become the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers. Apparently, he is signing a contract with the team on a 5-year, $25 million deal. I guess the bar has just been raised a bit higher for the owner of the Baltimore Ravens to re-sign their current coach, John Harbaugh, whose contract runs out after this season.
