Is making the playoff's three years in a row enough to consider John Harbaugh a successful Raven's head coach?

Yes, Harbaugh has led the team to the playoff's each of his three seasons as head coach, but I am tired of hearing everyone say that this is a monumental success. Is that all the Ravens' fans want to see is the Ravens get that extra playoff paycheck every year? Success is steady progression! PLAYOFFS, CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, SUPERBOWL!! Simple as that. Harbaugh should be held to a higher standard than other NFL coaches because he has Ray Lewis as a bonus to motivate players to play at a higher level even with less talent. He inherited a dream team, and has not been able to do anything with it! Is John Harbaugh the next Marv Levi (Buffalo), or Marvin Lewis (Cincinnati), who just couldn't get their teams over the hump?
