Roethlisberger Hates Playing the Ravens
The Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger openly admits that he hates playing the Baltimore Ravens. While the Ravens have beaten the Steelers three times in the past four years, including splitting the season series in both 2009 and 2010, Big Ben did not play in any of those games, sidelined either by choice, injury or suspension each time.
The Steelers QB says all the right things in showing respect for their tough defense and the challenge that it oses each time they play each other.

I have a personally autographed picture of Bart Scott
taking down B.R. It’s a cherished memory. I’d like to get another one with one of our current players doing the same thing this weekend… Maybe a Haloti Ngata picture????
Ben could sign it with his blood.

"My youngest brothers think I'm a dorky older brother, I can't tell jokes because, 'I'm not funny.' They're much more street smart than I am. They can say whatever they want, cause 'they're funny.' I do pick on them. I try to be funny, but they don't laugh. Even if I am funny, nothing I say is funny to them because I'm just the older brother who's not that cool." - Joe Flacco
Thank you sir

wow, you know you really don’t see much racism or racial profiling of asians in these columns…good job keeping it from being out all together haha

No.
He’s 8-2, which likely doesn’t include his first game against the Ravens when he was a rookie, coming in for an injured Tommy Maddox in the middle of the week 2 game and throwing a pick-6 to McAlister. Before leading the Steelers to an undefeated season the rest of the way. Yea, that happened :(

I hope so too.
I just see Big Ben making a big play on a broken down play that wins the game on a final drive. God I hope I am wrong.
Yes
because Ben has won 6 straight against us. I don’t think we’ve beaten the Steelers in a game he’s started other than ’06 when we swept them.

I imagine that the The Unibrow (aka 0-5 vs Big Ben) hates playing the Steelers too.

i love playing the steelers. their always so highly rated and then squeek out all there games like little bitch mice. usually with heimy ward chop blocking or whining for a flag. i think the nfl love affair with pitt is winding down and the calls should be more even this time around. something about sexual assault doesn’t shine well on ther pink jersey buying population.
So is ward jewish or asian or both?
You’re all over the place with your nonsensical racial slurs in this post. Maybe put down the Mad Dog 20/20 before you post next time.
I see the picture of Hines from the 2004 playoffs. Here’s a pic from the 2005 playoffs just to balance things out.
.
"I don't want to injure anybody," James Harrison said. "But I'm not opposed to hurting anybody."
"It was an attrition football game and you know we like that."
Thanks for balancing things out
By posting a picture of a game where 3-4 years later, even the head ref came out and said they blew several calls and handed you guys that game. Well played. It never ceases to amaze how much pride you Steelers fans take in having one of the dirtiest players of all time on your roster. Is he a great WR? Absolutely. Is he looked down upon by players all across the league? You bet your ass. Throw in another cheap shot artist innHarrison, a rapist for a QB, and you have yourself one classless football team.

yeah its called standing by your team…like ravens “fans” hail ol ray lewis as the foundation of the whole thing. A real saint and role model. geez calm down man, you’re gonna spill your rockstar all over your alienware laptop

Wow you don't play do you?
In just one paragraph:
Steelers don’t deserve Superbowl XL
Hines Ward is a dirty player
James Harrison is a dirty player
Ben’s problem
Why not complain about the alleged steroid use in the 70s too? Or how we pay off the refs all the time? What about how the Steelers sucked for 40 years before 1970?
All of your opinions are false BTW. You can kiss my ass.

Dirty players?!?!
oh you mean like bart scott, suggs, and ray lewis putting public bounties on players heads? Right those guys are the epitome of clean , class players. straight setting the standard of pro gentlemeness…please. and one final note about ward…if he played his whole career in those ugly ass purple shirts most of you would be wearing his jersey so get over it. I mean i don’t hear any of you #52 jersey wearers saying hey this guy oughtta be in prison. now go ahead and insert the big ben rapist comments…like nobody has heard them before….

Hey StuckInUtah,
God Damn Right I’m proud to have Hines in the Black and Gold! Now sit down and shut your mouth and get ready for the real AFC teams to decide the AFC Champion.
You’re nothing but a jaw-flappin’ purple panzy whose season is over.

by choice?
what game was that?
"Franco made that play because he never quit on the play. He kept running, he kept hustling. Good things happen to people who hustle."
ben hates playing the steelers so much that he benched himself with a broken nose and fractured foot. joe flaccy wouldnt have played against the steelers with either of those injuries most likely, yet im sure joe flacco just loves to play against the steelers. he said he likes making troy’s coffee before he gives the game ending turnover up.
joe flaccy wouldnt have played against the steelers with either of those injuries most likely …
Good job on talking completely out of your ass. I bet no Raven in the history of the organization has ever had the drive to play through any injury ever. And it’s not like Flacco would ever think about playing in a playoff game with a crippling hip and leg injury.
Water covers 2/3 of the Earth's surface. Ed Reed covers the rest.
Just like Big Ben played extremely well in our last match up right? Oh wait, Troy had to bail his ass out didn’t he?

Please enlighten us all... Which game did Roethisberger sit out "by choice"?
I wasn’t pleased because we didn’t win - Mike Tomlin (after the 2009 week 2 loss to Chicago).
