That is awesome!
I was hoping that Cundiff would get the nod. The last thing our defense needs is the other team consistently starting from their 30-40 yard line. I’m also stoked Reed made it. I think he has a lot to contribute on special teams, atleast until he can progress as a WR. A little surprised to hear Harewood made the team. He has plenty of potential, but looked pretty lost in the preseason.

We now know
that the kicking competition was just that, a competition. Cundiff was the better player, if only by a few yards and one missed 50 yard FG, but as a result he gets the job.

Cundiff was the incumbent
even though he was only here for around 10 games. Cundiff did his job and while Graham has a lot more experience, Shayne did nothing to prove he was definitely better than Billy. Good for Billy, though congrats.
Also heard thru unnamed grapevine that Shayne was a real ladies man and was the only Bengal to skip former Bengals WR Chris Henry’s funeral.

I’m glad we picked Cundiff. Very little difference in their overall abilities but it is always better to have a player with a good personality who gets along with the team.
