The following is a poorly-thought out reaction to today's game and various other NFL stuff. Individual thoughts will be expressed in one or two sentences with zero elaboration or context provided. Should be random.
A win is a win. We survive and improve to 2-1.
Flacco looked good, but then again, it was only the Browns.
Cam Cameron's offensive game planning may be a problem.
If we come out pass-happy against Pittsburgh, just turn off your TV. We will definitely lose and you won't like how it happens.
Boldin is obviously a tremendous weapon.
Peyton Hillis definitely doesn't suck.
Run defense? No, nothing? Okay. The Browns breaking 40-yard runs is fine with me. That's not a bad sign or anything.
The commentary from whoever that was sure sucked.
Bily Cundiff looks okay to me. The 51-yarder was innacurate but still a pretty tough kick to make. He came back out and hit another tough one from 49. I'm getting more comfortable with him as our kicker.
...still thinking about how we might get killed in Pittsburgh next week...
The Pat's game was eerily similar to ours. Good team coming off a tough loss taking on cellar-dweller who is trying to avoid the #1 overall pick. Both games were too close for comfort and featured bad defensive lapses by the favorites.
Pierre Thomas is really tough. His knee just got bent awkwardly and he was writhing in pain, then five minutes later he's in the field getting first downs and running with a frown on his face.
Steelers kicked ass today, even though it was just Tampa Bay. They look like a team that's ready to win, while we look like a team that's still working out a few issues.
Zbikowski has his issues. I'm not sure if he's the "starting material" that many people here seem to think he is.
