Frank Walker not planning to play in UFL
Selected by the Omaha Nighthawks in the United Football League draft, former Baltimore Ravens cornerback Frank Walker said he has no intentions of playing in the minor professional football league.
"It's not an option for me," Walker wrote on his Twitter account. "NFL or bust baby.So I just heard I got drafted to a UFL team, which was hilarious," Walker wrote. "Omaha Nighthawks, no, I will not be playing there."

Now that’s hilarious. How about the CFL Frank?

I’ve actually been to a couple “Utah Blaze” games, and let’s just say that arena football doesn’t really do it for me.

I'm trying to force myself to care more since a buddy of mine was hired on as a scout for the Utah Yard Dawgz
But yeah… I find it hard to care about.
in all honesty though
Frank is an NFL corner. He’s just not a particularly good NFL corner. But of all the teams out there with terrible secondaries who have enough to play for that they won’t just mail the season in with undrafted rookies playing in nickel and dime packages, one of them should sign Frank. Just not us.

BW, just so you know, when quoting something in the fanshot, use the quote setup rather than the link setup. That is what it is there for.
I thought this whole situation was humorous as well. Man, it was just so funny to think for a moment that no one wanted him.

Great quote from a Cody article
After hitting and nearly eclipsing a 145-pound running back in practice, Jones had to institute “The Cody Rule.” Cody wasn’t allowed to tackle his teammates anymore. He just had to wrap them up and bring them to Jones.

“I was afraid he was going to kill somebody,” Jones said.
Cody did everything from making West Virginia star running back Noel Devine puke, to lining up at fullback, running back and even tight end.
“He’s a freak of nature,” Jones said. “I’ve coached for 30 years and had kids go to the NFL and MLB and NBA and he’s the best athlete I’ve ever seen.”

Good read - thanks MaLoR
Really makes me like Cody. I’ll even stop making fun of him. Hope he can maintain the inner drive to prove everyone wrong. No doubt he has the talent to be a force for the Ravens.

I think next to Suh, he will be the best DT to come out of this draft. He was the 11th DL taken. I don’t think there are 5 guys better than Cody. I can tell you this much, we are going to be alot more happier with Cody then we would have been with Dan Williams. Players like Cody don’t come around too often.
