PrintThe month of March was the second best month in the history of Baltimore Beatdown. Amazing that a month in the middle of the off season would reach the number of page views that it did. We finished the month with 68,000 visits and 124,000 page views. The 68,000 visits was fourth best of all time here, barely behind the high mark of 72,000 visits in September 2009. The 124,000 page views was second best, edged by the high number of 126,000, also from last September.
With the NFL Draft coming up later this month, the anticipation should get us numbers here that I believe will set new records. As the off season progresses to the regular season, I fully expect the numbers to continue to rise and records fall month after month. The combination of the success of Baltimore Beatdown and the ever increasing exposure that SB Nation gets us through more advertising, national attention and the agreements they've worked out with the big name sports sites have proven to be priceless and benefited all of their blogs throughout their network of over 240 sports-related blogs.

i blame work.
i used to have a job where i could just read bill simmons and baltimore beatdown. now my job is a little more demanding and i can’t do that. so that’s my excuse for falling off my game.
