Ravens Re-Sign Edgar Jones
The Baltimore Ravens stayed active in the off season, re-signing tight end and Special Teams ace Edgar Jones to a one year contract for a reported $545,000. Jones is a converted linebacker that has seen most of his playing time on Special Teams, where he made 19 tackles last year.
The team also signed unrestricted free agent defensive back, Marcus Paschal, who was on the team for parts of the 2009 season. Both guys add depth to positions that are up in the air in terms of reserves, pending other signings and draft picks.

Dwan Edwards in Buffalo today
Ravens defensive end Dwan Edwards, who is an unrestricted free agent, is scheduled to head to Buffalo Tuesday. Edwards visited Seattle and Denver last week but did not get an offer.
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
Why don't we re-sign him? He's the future of our Defensive line
T-Pryce isn’t going to be around for much longer, so why not re-sign Edwards to a 4-5 year deal?

I think they'd like to, but
are letting him see what the open market is like and then will get him to come back at our price, not his.

Adam Schefter Twitter
Big day for Buffalo: After signing LB Andra Davis earlier in day, Bills reached agreement with free-agent DE Dwan Edwards later in day.
But Baltimore Sun and Aaron Wilson are reporting that he left Buffalo with no contract.

I was about to post this as well.
We’ll just have to wait but something tells me Schefter is usually correct.

It’s official, he did sign with them. Man, I was just starting to think he was going to be a great player for us.

we could have really used him this year especially with the way our pass rush has been. We need Krueger to beef up and hopefully be the force we think he can be.
+1
And it’s Kruger, not “Krueger” I am his #1 fan, so I should know.

EDGAR JONES
I like him, but he scares me. Despite having 19 tackles on special teams; how many block in the back or holding penalties did he acquire especially when we had a substantial return brought back deep in raven territory. . . John H better control him.
