Baltimore Beatdown on 'PressBox Live'

Baltimore Beatdown will be getting some television on-air time this Saturday night and again on Sunday morning as I was part of a segment taped last night for PressBox Live. The segment, hosted by Stan "The Fan Charles, also included former Baltimore Sun columnist and now Ravens-writer as well as Comcast Sportsnet columnist John Eisenberg.

The TV show, which is a half-hour episode, will run Saturday night, right after the evening college football game and news is over, around 11pm. It repeats at 10:30am on Sunday morning and is on WMAR-TV, channel 2, which is either channel 12 on basic Comcast or 210 in HD in the Baltimore County area.

It can also be found online here. Check it out and let me know how good my hair looked!
