Ravens Tailgating Ideas

We're going to do this topic on a weekly basis to give our readers a chance to pimp what they do to make their tailgating experience the best there is. Whether it be at the Baltimore Ravens games, other local sports events (Terps, Orioles - what?), let us know what you bring to eat, drink and play with as you await your team's game. The topics we will hit weekly will be:

- The Best Food
- The Best Drinks
- The Best Festivities
- The Best Gear
- The Best Gadgets

This week we'll focus on the "Best Food" category. While my group of five are far from the serious type that set up grills to barbecue, bring tents, generators and loud music, we do our regular thing each home game. We order sandwiches at the local deli, set up a table, chairs and sometimes blast loud music from the back of the Jeep. Our food revolves around the typical delicatessen food starting with hot lean corned beef on rye with mustard, and then add all the side items, washed down with beer, sodas and the occasional shooter. Yes, as you can see, we live on the edge and know how to party like rock stars!

What do you do?

Same thing as you. Bring a huge circle sub and chips. Cooking takes away from your allotted time to drink.

Agreed. God forbid anything interfere with your alcohol consumption.

I thought I had an appetite for destruction. Turns out, all I really wanted was a club sandwich.

Ladies love my sausage

Hot, sweet, chorizo, brats, you name it these area hit. Throw in some peppers and ice cold beer and we’re in business. Par-boil ahead of time in some beer and spices and finish them on the grill for a nice crisp finish….nothing better

Anyone agree with me?

That Marissa Miller needs to shed some of her skivies for the next commercial?

Nor do I

As long as it isn’t KY Jelly as our background image I’ll be fine with it.
