Absolutely. Whether he’s found guilty or not, he’ll have a rape allegation distracting him until this is resolved. If he is found guilty, I have a hard time imagining that something like this will be brushed under the rug like Stallworthe’s DUI hit and run. He could end up spending some serious time in jail.

guys.... this case sounds like BS

the girl is coming at him in CIVIL court, not CRIMINAL court. If she had been raped and really wanted the guy brought to justice, she’d press criminal charges. But this way, she has a weaker burden of proof and can skate by on weak evidence and still get a nice fat settlement from Roethlisberger. I don’t buy her story for one second.

I’m no Roethlisberger fan but I would hate to see him sidelined by some BS like this.

Las Vegas Police said

they’re not prosecuting him, as the girl didn’t come forward for something like a year due to the fact she was afraid they’d fire her. So her only route is a civil court case to glam cash like the sleaze she was in the first place!

Not a cool title for the blog

I’m just not comfortasble with this type of title, which insinuates guilt even though it is asking the question. I just don’t like the word “rapist” in that context and thereofre am choosing to END COMMENTS.
