Terrell Owens Put In His Place By A Supermodel!?

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens is participating in a network TV reality show called "Superstars." The show pits teams of two people, an athlete and a celebrity, in a series of physical events, all held in that hellhole of the world known as the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.

Seems like a tough role to turn down, even from the publicity and camera shy TO. His partner during the competition was a Joanna Krupa, a Polish supermodel. Unfortunately, TO and Krupa were the first couple eliminated in the multi-event competition and the hot model was not a happy camper nor gracious in defeat. She let loose with a profanity-laced tirade directed at the NFL star, chiding him for his poor performance in the elimination event, the obstacle course. Owens got his foot stuck in the ropes and lost valuable time that Krupa, when her turn came in the relay race, was unable to overcome. Thus, the competition is over for the two of them. That is when Krupa went all postal over Owens, with such profanity that makes you wonder if she kisses her mother with that mouth.

Check out the un-rated version by clicking here. Enjoy what TO has had coming for a long time and it took a little "lady" not acting like one to do it!

That was horribly offensive.

Is that really the type of trash you want to be promoting on the blog?

It looks to me like there was adequate warning to protect your delicate sensibilites. As to whether this “trash” should be on his blog, I happen to enjoy seeing somebody sticking it to TO. Had it not been posted here, I may never have had the chance to view it.

Thanks for the heads up, Bruce.

Whether or not disclaimers or warnings were made, this type of material is inappropriate. At the very least, it is questionable; At the very most, it is obscene. I do not believe that stories like this should be posted on the front-page.

Bruce, I’m sorry for coming against your story, but I know that you respect constructive criticism.

That was okay.

He told us it was inappropriate. So If you didn’t want to hear it, you didn’t have to watch it.

Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion

I respect Bal_Hawk’s right to object and I apologize if this stuff offends him. However, I stand behind it as it is noteworthy since so many football fans feel that TO’s antics have deserved such a response and it took a 100 pound pretty girl to do what so many thought should have been done long ago.

I still think that this story went too far but am sorry if I came against it too harshly. I admit that I did not read the “warnings” thoroughly enough and clicked on the link blindly. My initial reaction to the video was, “Oh my gosh!” My harsh comment was born out of my shocked reaction. Again, I’m sorry if this discussion “took you off guard.”

That was great

I saw this yesterday and was dying. I was waiting for T.O. to flip out and lash back at her. I don’t think anyone has ever told T.O to Shut the F*** up. I love it though.

A Little Concerned About Content

I am a raven fanatic and read this blog religiously. Now that you are getting exposure on the worldwide level by having these blogs linked via cnnsi.com and other sources, I am concerned that some of the content is innappropriate. I have seen some things that were clearly off the charts in terms of vulgarity, and I am not sure that is the type of environment that you want to portray.

By the way, you are not the only ones. The baltimoresun.com site also has links to blogs that I believe seriously tarnish their reputation by permitting innappropriate content.

This content won’t stop me from visiting, but I think it will offend others.

BTW, I already have my tickets to Lambeau Field on December 7th. See you there!

I mean...

…I’m a 22 year old male who isn’t really phased by profanity, but as someone who’s studied journalism, I would reccomend to Bruce that he keep profanity-laced links to a minimum. It will help him as he tries to establish credibility within the sports media community.

This is fine to have on the blog but might be better suited to a fanpost, rather then front page story.

i just wrote a story and i’m wondering whether or not to post it on the front page. it’s called “Baltimore Ravens Receivers”. Now that’s fn’ offensive.

don’t like dirty words? don’t click on the link. i know exactly where FOX TV is on my radio and TV and avoid that rather easily.

these are just words…but we front page dogs getting their heads ripped off, players shooting themselves, players doing drugs, smacking their wives….now which is more harmful to society. “F You TO” or 30 dog carcasses have been unearthed in Vicks backyard. this blog is about the NFL, players and the news they generate. it was a voluntary link. rexx just provided the outlet not unlike Google or Netscape…
