Kruger

This guy is relentless. Our second quality today. i can see him being a thorn in Roethisberger’s side. i was shocked by the pick, but this is good. Is there any chance for the Boldin trade to materialize on Sunday?

If we trade for boldin.....

It will have to be a draft pick from next year.

In the 3rd round,

I’m hoping the Ravens draft James Casey, Jared Cook, Ramses Barden, Travis Beckum, or Victor Harris. Great draft so far. Let’s keep it going.

Love Jared Cook

Great pass catching TE who could really be great as a slot guy for FLacco. Also wouldn’t mind Braden. At 6’6 230, the man is a Gaint who will destroy any CB in our division.

The more that I read about this guy...

…the more excited I get. Kruger is a classic Raven. This dude is an animal. Watch the tape.

kruger

this guy reminds me a lot of adalius thomas in his prime with baltimore. i feel like he will be versitle and fit right in and be quite the shifty player.

His tenacity is unquestionable.

better comparison

the best comparison is Michael McCrary – same motor, same mean personality on the field, same relentless passion to play.

by ppdoc on Apr 25, 2009 11:01 PM EDT reply actions

eh

he seems like someone who can drop back into coverage and can pressure the quarterback in the blink of an eye the way adalius could. I feel like he can be used in an asortment of ways in the baltimore ravens’ chaotic defense. it will be interesting.

Expect him to start as the season progresses

Jarett better be on his horse because Kruger may take his spot if he slips up.

Those pass coverage skills can come in handy.

same shit..wheres the receiver? year 14 and crap for receivers. i called this draft a mile away. another year of 3rd and longs with Mason the only outlet. don’t want Boldin at 29 years old if it means early picks next year etc…the Cards can take any of our TE’s and receivers in a trade..actually they can take any 3 TE and 3 receivers for Boldin. Kruger will wiff on Ben the raven way so i was hoping for a little O.

if we go into the season with Heap, Mason and Clayton as our first options in the passing game we will still just be curious competition to the elite teams. maybe ray rice will get more playing time with our lame passing game. i saw mcgahee the other day at Giant…someone bumped him with a shopping cart and it took him 1/2 hour to get up and limp back to his cart in produce.

We definitely improved our core

on both sides of the trenches. With all the complaining we did about passing the obvious big names, we need to remember that we were only one game away from the Super Bowl. Now we’ve taken a weak point (o-line) and have youth and strength intact for a long time, although we will need a center in ayear or so. We have a non-stop pass rusher to take the place of Pryce in the future.

Tomorrow will round out our off season and I’m sure Ozzie has it all figured out and is definitely not swayed by media attention and public opinion.

PS- Ma:oR- thanks for a typical solid good job w/ the updated new stories and posts.

whatever….i hope Kruger the little steam engine can catch.

Heap and LJ Smith will have great year

I think thats why we pick a OT in first.. To start using TE like Cam use Antonio Gates in San Diego.. And thats also why we bring LJ Smith to Baltimore, he is a passing TE, not blocking

I think the strategy for next year is clear, we will use a lot our TEs in passing game..

So if Clayton continue to improve like in the second part of last year, D Will can stay on the field, and we use our to TE, Flacco will have a 3,500 yards year

Who do you think for 3RD round

I know we pick Kruger, but how about Michael Jonhson or Jarron Gilbert… Kruger can step in Jarret Jonhson place and Michael Jonhson in T Pryce…

If is a receiver, what do you think about Brandon Tate, Louis Mourphy or Jonnhy Knox???

Juaquin Iglesias

I would love for him to fall to use with the 88th pick. Great hands and at 6’1 210, is a nice sized target. Three more guys to look out for is Louis Murphy, Patrick Turner, and Rames Braden. Look for anyone of them in the 3rd or 4th.

Johnny Knox is a speedster

and is from a little school, Abilene Christian, so he gets no press. However, he does have dreads, and my theory on dreads is that everyone in the league who wears them is pretty good. So go get him, or Barden, a TE and a PK.
