Driving from Ohio for Ravens game
Hey, I'm a hardcore Ravens fan from Ohio. I have tickets to the game vs the Bears. I was going to drive to Baltimore today (saturday). I'm staying in jessup, md. Am I crazy to drive the highways? What are the highways like? Do you think the snow will stop soon? Do you think the road crews will open up the highways? I know its a lot of questions, but I DONT want to miss this game. Please tell me what to do (and be nice)

The snow’s gonna be terrible.. looks like it’ll be about two feet and the roads are looking terrible.. If you had posted this earlier, I was willing to buy them from you
good luck
the snows supposed to go on till like 10ish tommorow. already more than a foot here in columbia, and still going strong
thank you
Thanks guys. I only get 4 Ravens games a year and I"m not going to miss this one. I’m going to try to drive to Morgantown WV, get a room and then leave around 6am to drive to Baltimore. I’m hoping that they have the highways in a little better shape.Moving the game to 4pm helps. I appreciate your help. F the Stoolers!
Game time has been moved to 4:15
So that should help

I just drove four hours
from Salisbury on the eastern shore (left 10am). Went down there for my son’s college graduation late last night to “beat” the snow’s arrival. It snowed pretty hard for half the trip but at 5am this morning (Saturday), the stupid school decided to cancel the graduation. We just woke up and left the hotel asap and drove back to Baltimore in an incredible blizzard with almost zero visibility and cars littering the highway along the way. We were crazy, but were so pissed the school did that and just wanted to get home.
Don’t ever recommend doing that!

If it's any consolation
It’s snowing in Salisbury now…

The snow is crazy here
At about 4pm, I measured 21 inches at my house. Then, went out on the golf course and went tubing on the 5th hole.

Nice! We used to steal
trays from the dining hall at Hartford and go onto the golf course and tray down the course from the clubhouse when it was all iced over. We’d get totaled and slide for 1/4 mile or more until someone crashed into a tree and broke their tray and we’d trudge home and pass out. Sound familiar, MaLoR?

haha, yea it does. sounds like me and my brother earlier today
We built 7 foot tall snow man and shoved 24 miller high life bottles in him everywhere. they were done in about 2 hours then we went tubing and I crashed into a huge tree. My brother was so drunk, i looked back and saw him face first in the 1.5 feet of snow we have. great day, but my right hip is killing me.

You all wish
you were in as good a shape as this “old” guy!
