Jarret Johnson Nominated For ESPN's Player of the Week

Click here to vote for the Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jarret Johnson, who was nominated for ESPN's Football Today Head & Shoulders Player of the Week. Obviously, the award is sponsored by a shampoo company, so it is certainly not the NFL Player of the Week Award. However, it is nice to see Johnson get some notice outside of Baltimore, as he is one of the hardest hitters on the team and now leads the Ravens in sacks with five.

Congrats to Jarret and keep up the blitzing pass rush!

The only thing that sucks

Is that if it were Rufflesburger, he would have done 4 cartwheels to elude Jarrett and been able to get the pass off to Heath Miller mid Triple Axel Back Flip.

You have to hate losing more than you love winning.

Dude

Go back to Big Blue View. You are this close to losing your Madden partner. Better yet, MW2. You know I am the best blocker ever on kickoffs, don’t lie now.

malor, this matchup needs to happen.

i’d also be interested in a crap-team matchup. like, say, detroit vs. tampa?

L. Webb - Rookie of the Week Candidate

Lardarius Webb has been nominated as Pepsi’s Rookie of the Week, due to his gamebreaking kickoff return last week to open the second half against Denver.. See the article on BaltimoreRavens.com and click on the link to vote for him!

He won't beat Harvin

Harvin went crazy last week with returns and receiving.

Joe Flacco's 175 yards

may not seem like much… but it did bump him into the list of career passing leaders at ProFootballReference. He’s now 245th all time in passing yards.

I removed the video

because every time I loaded the page it started the video which got to be pretty annoying after a while.
