Ravens' Game Release: Week 8

The Baltimore Ravens have sent me the Weekly Release for the game Sunday at home versus the Denver Broncos. This Release, which is 26 pages long (not a typo!), contains just about everything you need to know about both the Ravens and their upcoming opponent. News, notes and numbers for every stat-hungry fan to pore over between now and game time. Some great and encouraging stats that, for example, show our defense is tougher in the Red Zone than Denver's and our offense is scoring at a much higher pace as well.

I’m throwing stats out the window this week. This is the birth of the new Ravens. We’ve been in labor for 7 weeks and now baby Rice, Oher and Flacco are ready to cut the cord and begin their dominance over the AFC. The dynasty has begun.

I have the Busch light on ice, the rain gear is hanging by the door and my tickets are waiting for me in my mahogany ticket case with silk lining. If I could just get some gas money and someone to cook my franks when I get there.

Anyone have a Steve Houshka jersey? I need something scary for halloween. I was thinking about putting a 40 yard marker at my front door and then answer it wearing the Houshka jersey. That ought to scare anyone. The kids will just move to the center or right to avoid being hit.
