A Humble Request
Hi there from the world of MHR.
No... In no way do I represent the MHR in any capacity other than being a fan of Denver who happens to live in the DC area.
I have a small question.....less of a request than the title suggests I believe.
A Ravens buddy of mine is going to be in town the weekend of the Den Balt game. We plan on driving up to the stadium and taking our chances on scalping some tickets. This is going to happen. However, if anyone here knows of someone who is trying to get rid of their tickets for a cheap price, I don't much care where the seats are as long as they aren't absolute Manure.
I know that people here are going to hiss and whine and say "please don't give tickets to a bloody Denver fan!!!" but I do implore your sense of fanhood and ask that you understand not only is this also a request on the behalf of a Raven fan, but the request of a fan far from his home who cannot regularly see his team play. I certainly would find a way to get season tickets if the Broncos played at Fedex all season, alas they are in this area once every few years.
Well at this point I will humbly bow out, and if anyone for any reason has two available or knows OF two available tickets, I would be grateful for the tip off.
Thanks in advance.
oh.....P.S.
...........JUMP!!!!!

Should have no problem scalping tickets to the game
wait until closer to game time and there should definitely be fair prices available. Stay away from StubHub as their prices are high but you might find bargains on ebay. I’ve scalped to both the Super Bowls and Final Fours for good prices, so go for it. It’s not like we’re selling out to the Steelers fans.

Denver fans are pretty sparse so come on in. Just wear your Colorado Rockies colors.
Go on Craigslist and check the different Maryland locations. Great deals on there. I had great success seeling my tickets in years past on there. (To Ravens fans)

I would not ask you to call yourself out, but my money is on someone being in a similar situation as me and bringing a non Ravens fan with a Ravens fan :-P but thanks for the suggestions guys.

I appreciate the posotive feedback guys Thanks
I am not going to lie, I know that going on to another team’s site and asking what I’ve asked is virtual suicide so the candor and demeanor is much appreciated.
I’m sure there are those out there who can symathise with living no where near their beloved team and can understand taking every opportunity no matter how small a window lol.

the treatment of opposing fans is never as bad as it is made out to be. the only visiting fans i ever see getting serious attention are the ones that have to stand up and point at their visiting jersey every big play.
if you have a sense of humor it goes a loonnng way in being a visiting fan. but, get pissed and show teeth and it gets bad…in the cheap seats anyway. if you sit near Bruce they still serve you the strawberry crepes and tofu dip.

lol
I totally understand that. I may not point at my jersey every big play, but I certainly cheer my team. :) glad to see a good sense of humor goes well. Of course I believe I’ll end up in the cheap seats….lucky my raven buddy is 6’3" 280 HAHA

you’ll get good seats. i’m amazed at some of the seats that pop up at tailgate. at times I wonder why I have PSLs when I could pick and choose my seats for each game. Now Playoffs are an issue. But there pretty rare at home anyway.

Actually it's not difficult at all
to get playoff tickets, as they are so expensive, everyone is trying to sell them. We bought the SB year Denver playoff game for face value on ebay and I’ve scalped SB tickets for the Ravens and the ’98 game in Miami with Den/Atl., much less a bunch of Final Fours.

LOL!
I’m not Mr MaLoR. I’m a Giants fan and I blog over at Big Blue View all the time. There’s no way I can be MaLoR.
