I believe that Rush Limbaugh
deserves the same opportunity to become the next owner of the Rams that anyone else does. Welcome to The United States of America

Even though I voted "no"
Any idiot can be an owner, right (Cleveland, Washington, Dallas, Oakland)?

murder, rape, domestic violence
can keep you in the league as a player (with a brief suspension) but you make a statment on your own radio show about a black qb and you’re not qualified to be an NFL owner? these same players that are anti-Rush are guys that are criminals. since when did the players opinion matter anyway.

I would never ever be cowboy fan again.

I thought this was America?
You are a fool! He was asked to go in on a partnership to buy what many could argue, the worst team in the league. He was not going to control 51% ownership or broadcast his radio show from the stadium. This is not a free country anymore because facists like yourself throw hissy fits because you don’t agree with his politics. IDIOT!

I dont think he would pass the league's banned substance policy tests anyway.
Would he be allowed to own part of a franchise if had to take the mandatory drug tests like the players. He had his junkie spats in the past. I think we can all agree this was his feeble attempt to finally own black people. Ha, but seriously though, the best owners are the ones who try not to be big public figures. Do we really need any more Al Davis’s, or Jerry Jones? Owners like Robert Kraft of the Patriots just stick to the business side, and they generally do a good job. Secondly, there have been many many people turned down to buy a team, or be part of a group ownership team. There was one point were Denny Hecker of Minnesota tried to be part of a ownership group to buy the Vikings but he was turned down. Just because Rush can rant on and on his show doesnt mean that he was treated more unfairly than the others that were turned down. With Rush as a part owner, there would be many conflicts involving fans and players due to his, well lets call them “unordinary mannorisms”. The NFL already has enough conflicts. Possible conflict sidestepped. Whoopitydoo.

Try again.
Did you read my post before answering??? He wasnt going to be a Jerry Jones or Al Davis or a Red Mccombs….He wasnt going to have majority ownership…the oxycotton argument is kinda funny though…I am sure Rush can afford a whizzinator…
