Jim Leonhard
This guy gets major cred for being everywhere. He stuck his helmet right on LenDale's hands popping the ball out. He bailed out the LB's who were late, or in Bart Scott's case, missing tackles completely. He drops back into coverage and returns punts better than anyone else on the team. His 20+ yard return was a huge field position lift. At 5' 8' and blowing up guys a whole lot bigger, my hats off to this steal of a find.
I've heard words like "walk on" to describe how he made the team. If that's the case, we need to have wide open doors at the Raven's training facility. He was a major reason we survived today's Titan offensive push. When we get Zibby and Nakamura up to his speed that entire backfield will be one hell of a unit. It was nice seeing all the young guys getting playoff experience and spelling a tired (won't admit it) D. Now, we need to find Ray Rice some playing time. When Lorenzo Neal gets more touches than our star rookie back...
The opinions posted here are those of the administrator of this blog and his loyal readers. They are in no way official comments from the team, and should not be misconstued as such, even though he thinks he could do just as well or even a better job!

Actually Scott led the teams in tackles with 9 and was given high regard by Dierdorf. On that missed tackle he admitted him self that he made a mistake and was fortunate too have guys around him too clean up, so i’ll give him slack today, he played well and made a case for him self too be here next year. As far as Jimmy goes I couldn’t be happier the Bills released him and he found a nice home in Baltimore. Zibby and Nakumara are showing flashes of being great safties in the future and I’m excited about their roles with the Ravens.
PS: SHUGA’s hit made it thunder outside my house today, true story.

Bart Scott played great. Yuo see that hit he put on LenDale? Jim Leonard was also Fantastic. The guy made plays everywhere. He looked like Bob Sanders out there. Great all around game for this team.

I forget who it was, but somebody here predicted a star performance from Leonhard. I was a bit skeptical, but this guy can seriously play. I’m definitely glad to have him here.

I heard Leonhard got a concussion
on that hit on Crumpler. He was, along w/ Flacco, the MVP of that game!

the importance of height and weight in the NFL is starting to become a gray area..this year has shown us a number of smaller star players. i think as players get bigger the roll of the smaller player increases…howa’ like that one doc.

No correlation
It just proves it’s not the size of the dog in the fight….it’s the size of the fight in the dog.

Jim Leonhard watches a shitload of film
for two straight weeks he’s been flying to the ball because he’s so well prepared. The sort of ultra quick diagnosis of plays he makes can only come from watching a ton of film. I love watching this guy play
Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words—"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.
