Token catch for Heap

Three and out for both teams. C’mon, Yamon down that ball on the one!

Wow, two catches

Those blockers gotta lead rice better

Yeah!

To Figurs! Excellent touch on that!

Rexx

by Rexx on Nov 9, 2008 1:23 PM EST reply actions

That's what I'm talking about!

Flacco has been not afraid to go deep. What a great pass. A rookie? I think not!

Good to see Mason on the sidelines and not heading into the locker room.

Rexx

Tempo

Nice way too keep it in the air and finally get the coverage he wanted. Go Flacco

by purpleonblack86 on Nov 9, 2008 1:25 PM EST reply actions

That was

one of the most beautiful plays I have seen by the Ravens. The protection was amazing on that play, the throw by Flacco, and the route by Figurs. Breathtaking….

Figurs?

Thought he was used as a decoy, just like Heap. WTF is happening today?

Rexx

by Rexx on Nov 9, 2008 1:26 PM EST reply actions

Thats what I'm talking about

Figurs explosiveness is coming back. When Yamon is on his game he’s one of the few guys in the NFL who give the impression they were shot out of cannon every time they touch the ball. If he’s healthy he could be big for us in the second half of the season.

Rexx

I wouldn't be saying that just yet....

Old man Matt is still money short…and that Superbowl season was won on his leg as much as it was on the rest of the team

that was back in 2001!

Stover was a great kicker and the operative word is “was.” Sorry, time to go into the Ring of Honor and hang em up, Matt. Need someone who can hit the long ones and put the kickoffs into the end zone. Can’t carry two kickers on roster. Buh-bye!

by purpleonblack86 on Nov 9, 2008 2:29 PM EST reply actions

How old is Haushka?

Looks like he’s 13 years old.

Darn, Texans hit a long one as well. Defense was too soft on the two minute drill. Still up but a TD puts them right back in the lead.

Rexx

by Rexx on Nov 9, 2008 2:29 PM EST reply actions

we always soften up within two minutes…

Now we need atleast another FG to keep them out of range

Life is nothing but Beats & Rhymes

by Matchz Malone on Nov 9, 2008 2:31 PM EST up reply actions

That was some really shitty clock management

by the Texans. After that first completion, they just wasted like 15 or 20 seconds instead of using one of their three time outs. It seemed like they settled for just a field goal as soon as they got the ball rather than try and get it into the end zone.

"When they get drafted by the Baltimore Ravens, we expect them to play like that. Are we surprised? No."

by UMBC Oriole fan on Nov 9, 2008 2:33 PM EST up reply actions

Yeah, but...

…they’re right back in it, although we dominated the first half. Too many penalties took away a couple of other scoring ops for us. We need to tighten the run defense and get a key turnover. On offense we need to get the run game unleashed. Flacco is passing well, but we need more run success.

Defensively, we need to stop the under passes. Johnson hasn’t burned us so far but Reed has to provide better deep help.

Go Ravens, let’s take control in the 2nd half as we have done the past three weeks.

it said he had a 13 yard run for a 1st down earlier, and then they changed it to a 8yd run. Wish i was actually watching this game. The gamecast is confusing me

I'm loving our team this year

What a beautiful thing to have a complete team. For years I was jealous of teams with franchise QB’s. Not any more. We finally got an O to go with our all world D. Stick around for a few more years Ray. I see another ring in your future. Like Harbaugh said…. Were trying to build a dynasty here….

This is better than

1) a bye
2) Playing Oakland, St Louis, Detroit

Not as good as coming from behind in that Cleveland game

Sack

McLain looks like he could be something. Jameel that is

by DT711 on Nov 9, 2008 4:05 PM EST reply actions

gotta love McGahee still.

all the shit he has been through, seeing 2 other running backs perform very well in his absence, and he still has the heart to come out here and put 112 up and 2 tds. thats why we got him for 7 years.

Thats four in a row boys

I don’t know about every one else but I’m pumped. Keeping the pressure on Pitt.

Oh well, I had half of my prediction right

I had the Texans with 13 points, but the Ravens screwed my prediction up by going over the 27 I had!

I...I...just can't

ever root for Indy. I hate the Steelers but I respect them. As for Indy, I cannot ever imagine wishing anything but ill will to that team and that city.

Yeah, but

it’s easier to respect the Steelers when they have the same record as us…. so nice job Indy. But you are officially back on the shit list.

Kevbo: [to George Sherrill] George, you look a lot like Vin Diesel...

Flatbill: Let's get somethin' straight... Vin Diesel looks like me.
