New Week

I wasn't able too see the game because of work and I was excited too the see the game when I got home that evening on tape. Forunately for me the tape couldn't be recorded on my new tv so now I need too get Tivo. When I found out the score well into the 4th quarter anyways form loud mouth coworker's during work, I was very dissapointed and sobered quickly from my excitement. What really gave me closure today was watching Ravens Extra last night on MASN. The show really let me understand what went wrong exactly for the Raven's, who was responsible for those mistake's, and why. Rexx, make a note if you can too advertise this show on your site, which airs after every game. As well as the John Harbaugh show which airs on Tuesday nights at 10 pm. I don't know if you guys are a fan of any of these show's but if you don't have time too watch the post game shows I would definitely recommend the Coach's show for any interested Raven's fan. Its a great show where he takes calls, answer's questions, and explains everything from the previous game and what needs improvement, its very informative.

Now back too my story. I am watching the sunday night game after the post game show is over at 11 pm and I am depressed and bored out of my mind. Wait I can still look forward too NFL Gameday on NFL network at 11:30!!! The show is advertised as the best highlight show on tv. I agree with this claim but I"ll let the fans debate that claim. Honestly I love the show on Sunday nights and it gives me that highlight fix I need after a long Sunday, whether my team wins or loses.

As far as breaking down the actual game, I'm not even going there. This is a light post for those who have a short memory and wish upon a Raven's win next Sunday! I think Rexx did a great job of pointing out mistakes and giving his overall analysis on it today. I enjoyed reading his post and personally it gave me closure of our loss on a rather very "Blue Monday". The only other thing I would like too pass on is a message for Raven's fan's, which is from a wise Peyton Manning too young Joe Flacco about being patient. See Mike Duffy's article for more: http://www.baltimoreravens.com/News/Articles/2008/10/Notes_-_Flacco_Meets_Manning.aspx

Just as a reminder, remember with Flacco, our head coach and coaches', that patience is key with the new offensive situation as well as key element's of the various aspect's of the team that the Raven's have been presented with. Our once illustrious coach Brian Billick would have been proud of that statement. I miss how he above all he loved the word "present" and all its vocabulary forms. See more Billick here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVbDQF8m1-4&feature=related

Notice I didn't exactly mention our previous opponent, you could say I'm still a little bitter.

On too the Fins!!!
